Howdy,
Offered with no comment other than I personally am a tad disabled, as in I will never
drive a truck, work sheet metal, or ride my putt again.
Guy I was splittin' a beer with 'bout '74 or so mentioned that Disneyworld (CA) had
built a real English hedge type maze. The State (CA) made 'em tear it down. Seems
that the distances between the hedgerows was too narrow for a disabled person to
negotiate. My companions response was "Well, is'nt that what disabled means?"
Jim (I can still kick butt, just not as high) Trudeau

All kidding aside, a bank president I used to work for here in the Twin
Cities had to argue in front of a judge why their bank's drive-thru ATM's
did NOT have braille on them. He LOST and had to comply. The judge told
him that it's theoretically possible that a blind person could be a
passenger in a vehicle that would need access to a drive-thru ATM. The
bank president countered with "then the driver could do the transaction",
but evidently that's not good enough.
