Old tape drives

Anyone interested in two old, non-working external tape drives ?

 

They could be refurbished or used for parts.

 

Both are external, SCSI-2 attached devices with HP model C1521B.  In SYSGEN
they are configured as HPC1521B.  They both power on, are recognized on the
system, and try to write tapes, but they both have unit failures.  These two
have both been on clean, uninterruptable power.

 

The front says HP6400 2000 DC.

 

Up until this week, they worked just fine.
