I found that there is a 1 hour difference between the date command
from what the daytime port returns.  It seems that the daytime time is
still on daylight savings time (since the server was not rebooted
since).  After rebooting the server the problem is rectified.  Is
there any other way to fix this other than a reboot?  How/where does
the protocol retreive the time?  Is it from the kernel?
