Assuming your serial card is the 26067A/B or equivalent, what you want is:

Function Number 22

61 - 19200 baud
51 -  9600  baud
41 -  4800  baud
31 -  2400  baud

Baud rates of 1200, 600, and 300 are left as exercises for the reader.
