couple of things. for CMSEGS you will not have to do an UPDATE/INSTALL for
change. only a system restart with a NORECOVERY. I had this same issue,
only I set the CMSEGS to 128. Are you sure the current CMSEGS is set to 255
and not the MAX. Here is what mine looks like
RESOURCE command parameter MAX MIN CURRENT
----------------- ----------- ---------- ---------- ----------
GLOBAL RIN LIMIT grins 1365 0 48
TOTAL RIN LIMIT rins 5459 5 150
IOMONT LIMIT iomont 100 10 20
