You're going to be able to legally sell HP3000 upgrades and HP software after year end?

I know that Client Systems has worked with HP to purchase licenses for the software for sale after year's end, but after that's exhausted, it's my understanding that it will either require renegotiation with HP or that will be the end of new s/w installs.
