   Lately, there have been many postings about topics to cover in
the next TCU broadcast.  While I agree that FTP, Gopher, WWW, etc
would be a GREAT topic for a TCU, I don't think they should be
covered in the next one on "System Performance and Availability".
(To me, "availability" in this context is up-time.)
 
   NOTE:  This is NOT meant to step on any toes!  All of the
messages on this topic have been constructive, and I wish them to
stay that way.  I just think we should be clearer about which TCU
broadcast the suggestions are for.
