Technically, you are talking to PROGEN (at least in classic terms, I'm
not as well versed in iX).  And CNTRL-B connects you to the processor
monitor (PDH or other acronyms based on platform).  CTL-A connects you
to an MPE process; CTL-B connects you to a separate processor.
