One of the pending series of enhancements for DBINFO includes an option for
returning to the user the fully-qualified MPE filename.  This, along with
many other information enhancements to DBINFO are still on the list as HP
has not yet committed to delivery.  Without this, I don't believe there is
any way a non-privileged process can obtain this info....
