Thanks....that was my first thought.....I'm okay there....problem seems to
lie elsewhere...any other ideas someone can offer....I'm stumped.....

I believe you need to allow that user, or all users access to the printer on
the server. So go to the server, go to settings and printers. Right click on
the said shared printer, select properties, then select the Security tab.
Look at the permissions and see if everyone is able to print to said
printer.
