Just a shot in the dark, but have you tried doing a CA ALL in
fscheck.mpexl.telesup? The error sounds like it could point to some sort
of file system problem. Or perhaps you've hit some limit on the number of
files in the group, file size, disc space...
Hope you find a solution!
