Actually, yes...some of them do!
 
A few use the Wingspan product to do multiple windows on HP terminals!
 
The best example is ETC, which has a jobs/sessions window, a processes
window, a files-open-by-a-process window, and a info-about-one-file window.
 
EZHELP provides windowed / hotlinked traversal of HP help files (or your
own help files).
