This Monday, Newsweek magazine published e-mail messages sent home from 
Iraq by Marine Captain Robert Secher before he was killed on October 8. 

In one of them, the officer, who is described as an unwavering Republican, 
wrote that judging by the way the war is being carried out, "Bush, 
Rumsfeld, and Cheney have nothing to be proud of."
