Yes. For example:
ftp    allow 192.168.0.* 172.16.0.* domainname.net 192.168.1.*

Be carefull if you need to use the line contuation character, as the
documentation is wrong! Use the "\" instead of the "/" in postion 80 as shown
in the documentation.
