I'm sure everyone knows the standard MPE commands.

You can also install the game of Empire, configure
a dummy game that lasts a year, and everyone that
runs the game can use the [R]adio* command.

(R followed by your text.)

Everyone logged into the game gets everyone else's 
broadcasts.

There are also 10 radio frequencies in the game 
(0-9) so users can switch to their own subnet.
