We use Beechglen for support here (they are located just across town for us
and I've personally met several of the people there). We are extremely
satisfied with them. Our policy has been to call Beechglen first, then the
response center. In almost all cases, we have a callback and correct answer
from Beechglen long before the response center (no slam to the response
center intended - just the benefits of Beechglen being smaller and 'less
bureaucratic'). They stay on the phone until we are satisfied the problem
is solved or question is answered, and they have saved my back end more than
once. For what we pay, I feel we more than get our money's worth from them.

(Okay Mike...about next month's bill :))
