Cynthia,

Don't install the NSTEDJ9A patch.  It doesn't work, it repeatedly failed, for
me during the install process.  HP has also marked it as bad and not to be
used.  They have replaced it with the NSTEDJ2A patch.  I installed this patch
on last Saturday and it went fine.  I have not had any problems with the 3000
here at my site.  Read the documentation included with the packed file, as
this patch is dependent on the NMSED98A patch being installed before the
NSTEDJ2A patch is installed.
