As Steve Elmer already pointed out in another thread, TFTP runs on
hp3000 today (see http://jazz.external.hp.com) -- so that's not the
problem...  the problem (as I see it) is to get all the DTC mgmt code
to hp3000 - - as stupid as it may sound...
