For CYA sake:

There are some software vendors that send you updates in either
Reflection or Minisoft Labels upload format and not the other's
format, which are both incompatible with each other.

Whichever you use, I think it is good idea to keep at least one or
two licenses of the opposing vendor's software in your IT Dept.

My opinions are:

QCTerm is the best cost per "seat" that I can think of, at 0$.
And is best for terminal emulation and you do not think the user
will do old fashioned file transfers, ever.

Minisoft is good for the average user and will perform most of the
old HPe3000 standard file transfer formats.

Reflection is better for esoteric file transfers, such as direct file
upload of bytestream files, specifying blocking factor, file code, file extent,
user labels, number of records, carriage control, specifying odd file types
such as message or circular files that you may wish to mix and match VERY
specifically.
