Well, since you gave permission :-)
 
C.03 is quite solid, and the GUI clients are more robust, particularly with
respect to attachments.  We use the HP clients (mostly Windows but a few Macs
too) and other than the blocking connect/disconnect behavior I can't complain
very much.  There is a new "mobile" HP client that downloads mail to the
client (HP calls it "mobile", I call it "freeing up space in the database").
 
Other than that, you have to look pretty hard to find any obvious changes
unless you were waiting on a specific fix or addition rolled into C.03.
