Back in the day. . .

We have one developer licence and runtime licences for 20 seats.

Runtime includes QDD/PDL plus Quiz, Quick, and compiled QTP.

Developer licences included a runtime licence (obviously) plus Qdesign
and QTP.  As far as I could tell, or can recall, QTP was the odd duck
because I do not believe that there was ever a version that would only
run byte code.  But I could be wrong.  There may well have been such a
beast. We simply never needed it as our development licence was on the
same box as our runtime.

I have our original Cognos licences filed somewhere.  On Monday I will
see if they actually contain anything useful by way of definition.
