To find out what processes these two "are", either use <plug> SHOT </plug>
or:

   1) logon as MANAGER.SYS (or some user with PM capability)

   2) :DEBUG

   3)  PIN #42; TR, I, D
      ... may have to do this several times to get a "good" trace

   4) PIN #43; TR, I, D
      ... may have to do this several times to get a "good" trace

   5) C       (exits DEBUG)

for info on how to determine which procedure in the operating system
is the base of the process.

One wild guess: maybe mirrored disk rebulding is going on?
