5.5 PP 5 Problem or Not?

Has anyone seen this before;

1. Environment

   Master system 5.5 PP4 (removed PP5)
   Image version C.07.09
   Netbase version 9.7

   Shadow system 5.5 PP4 (removed PP5)
   Image version C.07.09
   Netbase version 9.7

2. Problem

   Currently we have approximately 20+ datbases being shadowed. Some using
TPS (Third Party Shadowing) and some not. My databases have been suffering
from corruption lately. Some errors I have been seeing are as follows;


  From an Adager (Examine Path) I get:

  Non-zero detail entry has its PresenceBit off     d#1504543



  From Netbase I get:

  WARNING 204: Entry 259007 not found for UPDATE


  This corruption is ONLY on the shadow system. Could residual code be left
over from PP5? Any help would be appreciated.
