With the current situation with Iraq I can recommend this debate on
international law as it relates to Iraq.  The debate is available in
streaming audio format only. "Attacking Iraq: Is Pre-emptive Self-defense
Lawful?" was hosted by the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS)
at John Hopkins in October of last year.   A very cordial conversation by
two friends who disagree on this topic.
