Hello,

My C programs do not accept command line parameters when compiled with
c89 on the MPE posix shell. HP's programs like cat, ls, etc..., accept
command line parameters just fine. How do they do it ?

I am currently forced to do things like:

> callci "ls info='-l *.c'"

or the equivalent with my program.
