I have device 8 which is a DLT7000 on a HP3000-979 configured in sysgen
as follows:

I did a modify device with mode=autoreply, and when I read a tape it
still asks for a reply.  I am not sure what the mode on the class tape
should be.  Both of the sysgen displays are as the system was originally
set up.
