While not a manual, there is a online tutorial about POSIX.

Assuming the access to the group LSN.SYS allows READ from anywhere,
try:

   :xeq POSIXCBT.LSN.SYS

Yes...that "CBT" is Computer Based Training.

Note: you may have to logoff to "clear" your terminal when this is done.
It leaves an hpterm session in a strange state (the cursor is gone).
