Hi
I am attempting to open a cursor which results in the following error being
displayed :-

SQLCode = -000003061 - Performing error routine
File System Error - FSERR (1).  (DBERR 3061)

(ILLEGAL DB REGISTER SETTING ??? according to MPE/iX Error Message Manual,
Volume 1)

What am I missing out on? / how do I fix this?
