Yep, any Linux that has fat32 in the kernel should be able to. Add an entry
to your /etc/fstab file like this:
/dev/hdb4 /windoze vfat 0 0
This assumes your windoze partition is the 4th partition on your second drive
and that the mount point is the /windoze directory.
