First, let me say I very much appreciate Vince's postings to the list.
Second, I've not had occasion, unfortunately, to use Oracle on MPE.  Third,
I've very glad to see a very up-to-date 7.x version of Oracle come to MPE.

Oracle on HP-UX seems very stable and predictable.  What has surprised me
much more than compatibility of Oracle and the O.S through version changes,
is how commercial packages seem to break when moved to new versions of
Oracle, of course it could just be the package I'm most familiar with...

The other thing that surprises me is how complex and "custom tunable" Oracle
is, after the simplicity of Image (esp. with DBGeneral).  This is rather like
the difference between HPUX and MPE.
