        We have upgraded our system recently and in the process bought some
additional software for HP. After all the
        paper work was settled the order to ship the product finally hit HP last
week. I find out today that they (HP)
        cannot enter any new orders because 'their systems are down for fiscal
year end'. This is a computer company,
        this does not seem right.
