The BIND account in FOS starting with MPE/iX 6.0 has BIND 8.1.1.

I have 8.2.3 available from http://www.bixby.org/mark/bindix.html.

The BINDFW account on invent3k contains 8.2.3, but also has a pre-release
version of 8.2.4 running as CURRENT.  8.2.4 GR-ed a few days ago from isc.org,
and should be 100% MPE-ready.

Some day I'll get around to building an 8.2.4 distribution for bixby.org.
