We are trying to connect to an HP3000 database using an ASP script using
ActiveX Data Objects(ADO). This is new territory for us and we need some
help from someone with similar experience.

When we try to connect using ASP and ADO we receive an error as follows:
============================================================
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft] [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] ODBC--connection to 'SERVDB'
failed.

/complaint/Regions.asp, line 40
============================================================
This error above indicates that we have an HP3000 Database (SERVDB) that is
linked to an Microsoft Access Database. We *can* access the HP Tables
through Microsoft Access as needed. Obviously, there is something else
going on that we are unaware of.

We have been able to access ORACLE databases other places on our network
using a similar setup. There must be something not setup quite right on
these calls to the HP3000 database.

Any help would be appreciated....
