errors on NS3000

I just upgraded one of my boxes from 5.5 pp4 to pp6, on Saturday. This
morning
the entire system was lock and the local primary call person rebooted it and
no
memory was done. So,  my next thought was to look at the system log files,
here
is what I was. Any ideas?
