Windows NT has a Posix feature, but it's supposedly almost unusable,
just a checklist feature for government contracts.

There's the DII COE efforts for VMS:

   http://www.openvms.compaq.com/solutions/government/coe/index.html
Commitment to DII COE initiative provides long-term support and
   application portability for OpenVMS customers

which is suppose to make porting from unix (Solaris) by offering unixy
features.

Of course VMS could be the next product line to go. :-(
