Oh I love it! Some news starved reporter is given a deadline, so
he/she lurks the lists trying to find some story-line!

Am I missing something here? I don't recall anyone on this list
"Putting HP on notice". I'll be okay in a few minutes .... when I
stop laughing so much. I just love watching the press make such large
     issues over passing comments.

Oh, BTW, my disclaimer/copyright notice follows:

My comments are my personal opinion and are not the opinion of my
employer or anyone else. I claim copyright in all my statements and
give no one the right to copy them (no matter where they may be
quoted) in any medium except on netnews or email. In particular, no
one can reproduce or reprint my comments in print or any medium, other
than previously mentioned, without getting my explicit permission.

It appears they quoted you in this article.

My opinion? Sounds like HP9000 is the big seller. HP3000 is not.
($600million of
the $1.2 billion). Where would you put your efforts? I have both 9000's and
3000's. Love them both, but we're moving away from the 3000.

As my company's disclaimer notes, Its just my opinion (: !
