Googling around suggests you want application/octet-stream (watch for URL wrap):

Modern versions of Apache/WebWise should not have stomped on
/APACHE/PUB/conf/mime.types.

What version of Apache/WebWise were you running before, what version did you
update to, and what are the results of:

ls -l /APACHE/PUB/conf/mime.types
