I didnt see that argument raised did I? All I was pointing out is the
diiference between knowing and believing, and Wirt was commenting on
previous history...in which most failures of the kind covered by:-
Is the theory and teaching of <insert philosophy of your choice here>
valid/rational/humane etc ? YES
Is the implementation of this theory/philosophy by people who say they
follow it in keeping with the teachings? By the majority, YES, but by a
highly visible few, a resounding NO.
