When creating a group on a volume set other than the system volume you need
to create the group on the system volume set and change the home volume to
the private volume set.

NEWGRP MOREDATA.ACCOUNT
NEWGRP MOREDATA.ACCOUNT;ONVS=PRIVATEVOLUME
ALTGRP MOREDATA.ACCOUNT;HOMEVS=PRIVATEVOLUME
