Hey Scott,
The document you href to must either be a fully qualified path to a url
(like http://www.mysite.com/myfile.html) or it is relative to your document
root (like /index.html which would be /APACHE/PUB/htdocs/index.html). If
you need to display files from other accounts, you can set up an Alias in
your httpd.conf file to the /ACCT/GROUP where the file resides.
