I find it both refreshing, and a commitment on the part of HP to play an
active role in this support line.   Some of the recent comments from
internal HP experts on HP Power Patches, and Image issues add some
real credibility to this discussion group.   This also helps to give them a
taste of the real world when they get immediate feedback on some of the
problems that get caused when software and operating systems do not
function correctly.
 
Also the soliciting of input for proposed enhancements a proactive
method.   Engineers in ivory towers can create neat things, but the
customer and consumer will only buy what meets their current needs.  I
wish more companies would look for more free form input on the
directions of their products.
