Sorry for the off topic non political post.

I wrote a SERVICE in VB .NET using FileSystemWatcher.  It compiled and worked fine on my XP.  It will not trigger an event on the WIN 2000 box, no error no event!!.  

Yes i installed dotnetfx.exe.

Any help would be appreciated.
