Wirt modified QCTerm so that now it remembers
user function keys after saving.

This is newer than the version he announced last
week at:
http://www.aics-research.com/emulate.html

It has sped up playing of my Empire game
tremendously.  As I can now use the Advanced
version of QCTerm (instead of Reflection or
Minisoft) with function keys to enter oft
used commands to develop my Islands!
