Greg after Don (on the subject of triggering a PC program with smbclient)

The Java idea might be less complex than it sounds. I have a couple of
very small Java example programs (collected when playing with various
features to learn about them). By combining one of the socket related
examples (TCP or UDP) with the Runtime.exec() example, one might be up
and running a prototype in fairly short time.

Any volunteers?

Lars "still need to put the examples on a web page"
