Eben,

I typically use JOBSECURITY ;PASSEXEMPT= to get rid of the
need for embedded passwords. It should also work for jobs
streamed via FTP site stream, I guess.

Depending on the ;passexempt option chosen, the user can
be allowed to stream the job by means of capabilites (and
the target logon) or by the eXecute permission on the file
streamed (and the file ownership and target logon).
