OK, understood. What I was not aware of was that you were in the process of
a 5.5 to 7.0 migration, which HP does not support. I'm really not sure that
NMMGRVER on 7.0 can convert a 5.5 NMCONFIG. I never attempted that. Perhaps
it works, perhaps it does not.

Another possibility would have been to install the 6.0 or 6.5 version of
NMMGRVER, convert the NMCONFIG, then reinstall the 7.0 NMMGRVER and
re-convert. this too would be unsupported by HP. I never attempted it, but
perhaps it would have worked.

OK, now MPE is taking the Linux trail, with lots of perhaps in the
replies...
