This is a reply to my own statement :>)

I just called tech support at VESOFT and was told that they don't include
the manuals on the tape anymore because the tape isn't big enough.  If I
want to, I can search around for the non-KSAM files that hold the
documentation and I can thumb through the Prose manual and try to figure out
the correct commands to print parts of the manual.  In other words, buy a
new manual ;>)
