Reflection file transfer problem

We've noticed an odd behavior while uploading a 'CSV' 600 byte/record excel
spread sheet to our HP3000.

The resulting ASCII file on the HP has a 'record' break after each occurrence of
an "h" (lower case 'H').

Some months back there was a report of some problem with 'pclink2' and files of
record size greater than 160 characters.  WRQ provided a patch which I promptly
installed.

Has anyone else encountered the above problem?

P. S. I'm submitting a problem report to WRQ but they tend to take a couple of
