My first thougth is that you have a job control scheduling
program such as EXPRESS or Maestro that checks the amount
of time that a job runs and compares it to a preset maximum
and puts a message in the $STDLIST if the maximum is exceeded.
This is to alter operators (or whomever) that something may
be wrong with the job.
