I am running APACHE on a MPE box and it lights off a CGI which is an MPE
executable NMPRG.  I can't figure out (or find out in the documentation)
how to get values of environment variables which are set by APACHE, like
REQUEST_METHOD.

Thanks for any help.  I did look around in the documentation here and there
but no joy so far.
